Services
Creative Idea provides web design, web development, graphic design, SEO & SMM, web hosting, and on-going support services. Specific project scope, timelines, and pricing are agreed separately with each client before work begins.
Payments
Pricing shown on our Pricing page is indicative and may vary based on project requirements. A deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion or as agreed in the project quotation.
Hosting & domains
Where a free first year of hosting or domain registration is included in a package, renewal fees apply from the second year onward at the prevailing rate.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final website design and content created specifically for the client transfers to the client. Creative Idea retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and any required assets (text, images, logos) needed to complete the project on schedule.
Limitation of liability
Creative Idea will make reasonable efforts to ensure websites are secure and function correctly, but we are not liable for losses arising from third-party services, hosting downtime outside our control, or misuse of the website by the client or third parties.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
