By accessing or using CreativeiDEA's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
CreativeiDEA provides web design, development, hosting, and digital marketing services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
Payment terms are as specified in your service agreement. A deposit may be required before work begins. All fees are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final delivered work. CreativeiDEA retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and promotional materials.
CreativeiDEA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
